The Program Experience (7 Days)
Participants follow a strict daily routine designed to strip away distraction and build real change — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What it Includes:
● Structured physical training — strength, hiking, running, yoga
● Brain training — creative activities for cognitive stimulation
● Recovery Therapies — guided waterfall plunges, stretching, and a massage session by certified professionals
● Clean, local meals — no processed food, no alcohol and no smoking
● Mindset work — meditation, silence, journaling, and reflection
● Full digital detox — no phones allowed during the day (limited access at night)
