The Program Experience (7 Days)

Participants follow a strict daily routine designed to strip away distraction and build real change — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What it Includes:

Structured physical training — strength, hiking, running, yoga

Brain training — creative activities for cognitive stimulation

Recovery Therapies — guided waterfall plunges, stretching, and a massage session by certified professionals

Clean, local meals — no processed food, no alcohol and no smoking

Mindset work — meditation, silence, journaling, and reflection

Full digital detox — no phones allowed during the day (limited access at night)

Each day is engineered to test and build your endurance, discipline, and presence — in a setting that demands your full self.
