Meet Your Trainer
I’m Aniket Pande, a certified advanced yoga teacher (YTTC) with a passion for mental and physical transformation. I’ve traveled extensively and spent nearly three years guiding high-altitude expeditions in Manali and Ladakh, where I learned firsthand the importance of pushing both physical and mental limits. I’ve also worked as a yoga teacher in Mumbai, and it’s through these experiences that I truly discovered the power of discipline — it was the key that transformed my own life.
I believe we all have untapped potential, but often we limit ourselves. That’s why I created SHAPE — to help you break through those barriers and perform at your best. I’m here to guide you every step of the way, helping you unlock your peak potential through discipline, focus, and dedication.
 
			Our Location: Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh
The SHAPE program takes place in Dharamkot, a high-altitude village nestled in the serene Dhauladhar range. This tranquil setting provides the perfect environment for self-reflection, focused training, and connection with nature. In Dharamkot, the environment itself becomes part of the challenge — demanding you to rise above your limits.
